據(jù)中國(guó)南車官網(wǎng)1月30日消息，根據(jù)企業(yè)發(fā)展需要，中國(guó)南車、中國(guó)北車（以下簡(jiǎn)稱“我方”）近期將啟動(dòng)合并后新公司標(biāo)識(shí)logo及視覺(jué)識(shí)別系統(tǒng)VI設(shè)計(jì)方案比選工作，誠(chéng)摯邀請(qǐng)全球符合條件、具有相應(yīng)實(shí)力的品牌咨詢設(shè)計(jì)公司或機(jī)構(gòu)報(bào)名參與。為保證比選工作的公開(kāi)、公平、公正，現(xiàn)就有關(guān)事項(xiàng)通告如下：
 
For the further development， CSR & CNR（hereinafter called ‘We’） will start the process of the logo & Vision Identity System （VIS） selection for the new corporation after the merger. We cordially invite worldwide qualified companies or institutionsto participate. To insure the fairness， righteousness and openness， we notice the relative items hereby：
 
一、項(xiàng)目名稱Name ofProject
 
企業(yè)標(biāo)識(shí)logo及視覺(jué)識(shí)別系統(tǒng)VI設(shè)計(jì)。

二、項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)容Project Contents
 
為基于品牌建設(shè)和支持業(yè)務(wù)開(kāi)展的企業(yè)標(biāo)識(shí)logo等基礎(chǔ)要素設(shè)計(jì)，以及視覺(jué)識(shí)別系統(tǒng)全套VI應(yīng)用設(shè)計(jì)提供專業(yè)服務(wù)。
 
Professional design services of basic elements including corporation logo， standard color， standard font， etc. and integrated VIS application for the concern of brand building and business operation
 
三、報(bào)名條件 Tender Conditions
 
1.具有獨(dú)立法人資格，注冊(cè)資本/金（截至2014年12月31日認(rèn)繳到位）在人民幣500萬(wàn)元以上，具有獨(dú)立訂立合同的權(quán)利，具有履行合同的能力的設(shè)計(jì)公司，或在北京設(shè)有具備有效授權(quán)及固定設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)的分支機(jī)構(gòu)。
 
The Tenderershould have independent legal personalities， with registered capital of over 5，000，000 RMB， and shouldbe design company or authorized agencyin Beijingwith legitimate empowerments which possess the right of independently signing and the ability of fulfilling contracts.
 
2.經(jīng)營(yíng)范圍包括但不限于企業(yè)形象咨詢、品牌咨詢、視覺(jué)識(shí)別系統(tǒng)咨詢、設(shè)計(jì)等相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)，具備平面廣告、多媒體設(shè)計(jì)及制作等系統(tǒng)化服務(wù)資質(zhì)與能力。
 
The Tenderer should be qualified to systematically design and make print advertisement and multimedia publicity materials， whose scope of business should include but not limited to corporation image and branding consulting， VIS consulting and design.
 
3.具有相關(guān)創(chuàng)作及設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有過(guò)10家以上企業(yè)品牌相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。近2年內(nèi)有為大型企業(yè)提供VI設(shè)計(jì)成功案例，須提供2個(gè)以上的成功案例，及服務(wù)合同復(fù)印件證明文件。
 
The Tenderer should have experiences of corporation branding design for over 10 corporations. The Tenderer should have successful cases of providing VIS for large corporations in the recent 2 years. Hard copies of contracts and other relative documents of over 2 such cases are required to present.
 
4.能夠?yàn)楸卷?xiàng)目配置足夠的專職專業(yè)人才，包括但不限于項(xiàng)目管理、咨詢顧問(wèn)、專業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)師等。
 
The Tenderer should be able to deploy sufficient professionals， including but not limited to project management， consultants and professional designers.
 
5.公司成立并持續(xù)經(jīng)營(yíng)5年以上，具有良好的企業(yè)信譽(yù)，自成立以來(lái)沒(méi)有因自身原因產(chǎn)生的任何違約、違法及違反商業(yè)道德的行為而導(dǎo)致的合同解除或招致的法律訴訟或行政處罰；在最近三年內(nèi)，沒(méi)有騙取中標(biāo)和嚴(yán)重違約等問(wèn)題。
 
The Tenderer should have been founded and continuously operated for more than 5 years， with goodreputation. The Tenderer should not have any record of discharge of contract， prosecution or administrative penalty due to contract violation， illegal act or violation of business ethics for their own factors. The Tenderer should not have any record of bidding fraud or serious contract violation in the recent 3 years.
 
6.不得假借其他設(shè)計(jì)公司名義參與比選，一經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn)，我方有權(quán)中止任何協(xié)議，并要求賠償相應(yīng)損失。
 
The Tenderer should not participate under other companies’ name， otherwise we are entitled to discontinue any form of agreements and demand compensation.
 
四、報(bào)名提交材料Application Materials
 
1.參加比選響應(yīng)文件確認(rèn)書(shū)。
 
Confirmation of participating in the selection （shown in the Annex）
 
2.營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照副本、稅務(wù)登記證、組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼證、商業(yè)登記證或注冊(cè)證（如有）復(fù)印件，針對(duì)本次報(bào)名的法人授權(quán)書(shū)，以上資料均須加蓋單位公章（境外公司均有授權(quán)人簽名）。
 
The copy of the Business Licenses，Tax Registration Certificate，Organization Code Certificate， Business Registration Certification or Registration Certification （if have）and Power of Attorney for this registration. All the documents above should be officially sealed （overseas companies should have authorized signatures）.
 
3.企業(yè)資質(zhì)證明文件，包括但不限于公司簡(jiǎn)介、組織機(jī)構(gòu)、財(cái)務(wù)狀況、人員構(gòu)成、專業(yè)能力、資源配置、發(fā)展歷程、主要客戶、獲獎(jiǎng)情況等，近2年?duì)I業(yè)收入審計(jì)報(bào)告（如有）證明，以及其它認(rèn)為有必要提供的資質(zhì)證明文件，以上資料均須加蓋單位公章（境外公司需有授權(quán)人簽名）。
 
Proof of qualification， including but not limited to company introduction， organizations， financial status， personnel structure， professional competence， resources allocation， development courses， main clients， awards & honors， certificate of operating incomes and auditing reports in the recent 2 years （if valid）， and other necessary documents. All documents mentionedabove should be officially sealed （overseas companies should have authorized signatures）.
 
4.近2年內(nèi)為大型企業(yè)提供VI設(shè)計(jì)成功案例的證明材料，須提供相關(guān)合同的正文首頁(yè)和簽字蓋章頁(yè)復(fù)印件，以及實(shí)際制作完成的平面印刷品、手冊(cè)等（以不損害其他公司利益或商業(yè)機(jī)密為原則）。
 
Proof of successful cases of providing VIS for large corporations in the last 2 years， which must consist of hard copies of the first page as well as the signed and sealed page of the contract， the finished presswork and brochures etc.（without prejudice to other companies’ interests or business secrets）
 
報(bào)名參加比選的設(shè)計(jì)公司必須保證上述材料的真實(shí)性，我方保留核查的權(quán)利，對(duì)于弄虛作假行為，由設(shè)計(jì)公司自行承擔(dān)因此而引發(fā)的可能各種后果和責(zé)任。
 
All tenderers should ensure the authenticity of the above materials. We reserve the right of further auditing the materials and the Tenderer should bear all the possible consequences and duties if found fraud.
 
五、其他事項(xiàng)說(shuō)明Other Instructions
 
1.報(bào)名截止時(shí)間：2015年2月6日
 
The registration deadline： Feb. 6th， 2015.
 
2.報(bào)名方式：參選單位可將報(bào)名資料郵寄至中國(guó)南車股份有限公司（北京市海淀區(qū)西四環(huán)中路16-5號(hào)）1017房間，截止日期以郵戳為準(zhǔn)。
 
Application form：The Tenderer should mail the relative materials to Room 1017， CSR Corporation Limited （16-5， XisihuanZhonglu， Haidian District， Beijing， P.R.China）. The date will be as the criterion of the postmark.
 
3.本次比選不接受網(wǎng)上或電話等其他方式報(bào)名。
 
Other forms of registration are not accepted.
 
4.材料審核：我方將對(duì)報(bào)名單位提供的材料進(jìn)行審核，向符合條件的參選單位發(fā)出招標(biāo)文件及相關(guān)通知。
 
Material auditing： We will conduct auditing to the materials handed in， and sendtender documents and notifications to the qualified companies.
